ReverbVid Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms govern your use of the ReverbVid iOS application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App.
2. Subscriptions
Some features require a Pro or Studio subscription. Current tiers, prices, and what each unlocks are shown on the subscription screen in the App and may change over time.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subsequent renewals are charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period at the same rate, unless you cancel first.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and audio you process in ReverbVid. We never take ownership, never upload your content to our servers, and never use it for any purpose. You are responsible for having the right to record, modify, and share the content you process — for example, songs you cover must be covered under an applicable licence or fair-use basis for your territory.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Produce content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Produce defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription entitlements.
- Use the App for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
5. Audio processing disclaimers
ReverbVid applies DSP effects (reverb, EQ, compression, pitch correction, pitch shift, time-stretch) to audio. Results depend on your input quality; we don't guarantee any specific outcome. Pitch correction works best on clean solo vocals; applying it to mixed content (vocals plus instruments) may produce unexpected artefacts.
6. Updates & changes
We may update the App, add or remove features, and change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this document. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
7. Warranty & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We're not liable for loss of data, loss of recordings, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law grants you additional non-waivable rights in your country of residence.
